2. User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information and upload a clear, recent photograph. We reserve the right to refuse service if the uploaded photo does not meet minimum quality standards.

3. Manual Validation

All photos are manually reviewed and adjusted by our team to ensure compliance with passport or visa requirements. We do not use automated cropping tools alone — our experts guarantee accuracy.

4. Refund Policy

If your photo is rejected by an official authority due to a processing error on our side, we offer a free replacement or a full refund upon proof of rejection.

5. Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within minutes during operating hours (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM UTC+0). Delays may occur during weekends, holidays, or high demand periods.

6. Payment

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your card information on our servers.

7. Photo Retention & Deletion

All uploaded and processed photos are permanently deleted from our system within 7 days of order completion. We do not retain original or edited photos after this period.

8. Privacy & GDPR

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Use Restrictions

You may not misuse our website or attempt to copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our image processing methods.
